  Once the jewel is connected to your phone through the app, a deliberate press on the stone sends an alert to your trusted contacts, who can then react.

• Does Sérénia replace the emergency services?+

  No. Sérénia is not intended to replace the emergency services. The jewel lets you quickly alert trusted contacts so they can react and, if necessary, contact the emergency services.

• Who receives the alert?+

  Only the trusted contacts you have chosen in the app. You stay in control of who watches over you, and when.

• Is the technology visible?+

  No. Nothing outwardly reveals the electronics. Sérénia remains, above all, a jewel inspired by fine jewellery.

• How is the bracelet worn and adjusted?+

  The Milanese mesh bracelet closes with a magnetic clasp and adjusts to fit your wrist, comfortably.

• Is the bracelet water resistant?+

  The bracelet is designed to withstand everyday splashes and rain. Precise usage recommendations will be shared at launch.

• What is the battery life, and how is it recharged?+

  Sérénia recharges simply and is designed for comfortable everyday battery life. The details will be specified at launch.

• Is the app compatible with my phone?+

  The app is planned for iOS and Android. The jewel connects to it over Bluetooth to link your trusted contacts.

• How do I care for the jewel?+

  A soft cloth is enough to revive the shine of the mesh and the stone. Avoid abrasive products.

• Are my data and contacts protected?+

  Privacy is a priority. Your trusted contacts and personal data are handled with the greatest care and are never sold. You will find the details in our privacy policy.

• When will the bracelet be available?+
